Well leo-j you must have missed my thread then cause i opened one when i bought a PS3 too...

Why is everyone picking on Leo-J again?  He justs likes to troll the Wii board to point out teh bias here.  It's the one thing in life that he can do well.  Even his own brethren have taken to calling his bs now.  Oh dear.

Well, i wish i could sell you mine at half the price, but my parents will kill me. I have a Japanese one and i can't play online with anyone speaking English :(

Serious you have a Japanese? Half the price? Give me, give me, give me ... *LOL*. Hmm then again, half the price of "what"? :D

As far as I know it doesn't have to matter if you own a Japanese PS3, European or American. It really depends on the games through which servers you'll be able to play online. So if you have Resistance US version for instance, and the online mode is only available through American servers you should be able to play with American gamers. *See you live in Greece*, or you meant something else?

Elebits? What type of game is it? I really wanna by Zelda. I really enjoyed Windwalker, so I think I would like Zelda

Elebits is a pretty fun game.. mostly like a hide and seek game for the Wii... It would be one to rent I would say... but Zelda (in my opinion) is one of the greatest video games of all time on any platform, not as many puzzles as Windwaker but the story is great and you can still get about 30-90 hours out of the game depending on how good you are. Really, Zelda is the only must-have game that's out for the Wii yet.

Metroid Prime 3 is coming out next week and from the looks of it, it will be the second must have Wii game.  (followed by Super Mario Galaxy in November and Super Smash Bros. Brawl in December.)

Hey, I just got Wii too.  About a week ago I got old xbox with some games for almost nothing on a garage sale. My very first console. I can't believe how difficult it is using thumbs, I am having major problems with it. But I got into Burnout 3 and that was insane fun.

But this weekend I saw Wii in the local CC just by chance and grabbed it. What a difference! I didn't play with friends yet so don't know how good it is with a group, but playing solo is amazing. I got the Wii version of Resident Evil 4, and that is really great. Super Paper Mario is still shrink wrapped, but I think I'll get to it later today.

For someone who is just starting with console gaming, Wii is making it really easy. I still want to get used to the old Xbox -- I mean it works for so many people. I just don't have the right touch, my thumbs are really clumsy, don't have fine control.

Oh, and I am probably the only person in the universo who is not impressed with Wii Sports.

Man, Paper Mario is the best thing out on the Wii. The graphics on this and Madden are mind blowing. My Friend let me use his Madden until he bring me my RE4. I can't wait to try that game out. I didn't give it much of a chance when I had it for the Gamecube. There is, however, one thing disapointing about the Wii. it doesn't have as many games out as I thought it would. For some reason I had thought it caught up with the 360 in terms of how many games are out, but it appears it's around the same as the PS3. ): Hopefuly I can get Zelda today though.
