Forums - Nintendo - Going to Camp with Church. What Wii games to bring on?

Hi guys. This is meant to be a serious thread ok?

I'm coordinating a camp with the fellows of the Church I use to go. We will pass 4 days as far as possible of the "civilization" and the damned brazilian "Carnaval".

Between the activities, I suggested to bring on my Wii, and everybody seems to appreciate the idea, so now I must chose wisely the games to bring on.

I have a few games multiplayer-worthing, and am thinking about what I am missing. So I remembered you guys to suggest me =D.

I have access to any USA-released game, and have bought some imports too, so the availability of the suggestion won't be a problem.

Well, so far my list is composed by:
- Mario Kart Wii
- Wii Music
- Tatsunoko vs. Capcom
- Let's Tap
- Monopoly
- Ben 10: Protector of the Earth
- Naruto Clash of the Ninja 2
- Wii Sports (obvious)

and I think that these are the ones who worth to mention.

So, I'm missing something GREAT to play, 1~4 players, fun enough for the absolutelly mixed public (male, female, 5yr ~ 35yr, etc) NOT ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKING (that is important, my only and last try of WarioWare is the proof of what can ruin a great game) people?

Thaks for the help! =D (and sorry my english btw)

The original Rayman Raving Rabbids is wonderful for parties and is pretty intuitive. I don't think much reading is required.... but you have to unlock the games in single player. So if you need a game fast, it may not be the best choice.

How about Excite Truck?

Smash Brothers Brawl

Have fun on your trip.

I doubt that would be good for a Church group.

Yeah Smash bros Brawl is almost required.

I found Carnival Games to be very enjoyable.

Mario Party 8 is a good choice, but you'll probably have people sitting off for a while, and you might have to explain the game/directions.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is fun, and easy to get a hold of, since they show you the directions (but you'll have to unlock games in here as well, so that'll depend on how much time you have before the trip).

Nice remember! I used to have it (the second is terrible, btw), will look for a rental. The problem of the unlocking is just to get a complete save at Gamefaqs, no problem.

Excite Truck is another gem I was forgetting, nice arcade racer!!!

I don't know if you're serious or not, but how an adventure game, single-player only, like RE4 meets the description?

I thinked about Carnival Games, but it seems to be very aimed at "american culture", so I don't know if it would be a good choice for us, but I'll try it again!

Mario Party 8 is really a problem, like you have descripted (might have to explain how work at each minigame can kill the fun), at this point the first RRR is better since it's only easy actions and Rayman show how it works. xD

Will try Mario and Sonic. Anybody knows if the savegame is locked? Because if not, I will unlock all downloading the complete save from Gamefaqs, no problem!

Thanks for the help, guys! Keep the hints and suggestions coming =)
