Larger number of people buying laptops may be hurting PC gaming options. No clue if it is true but I know if I wanted to play Bioshock I would have to buy and XBox or pull out an old desktop and do a large amount of updating. With the cost of a good graphics card it is going to cost about the same amount as a console, it would be a lot more to update my desktop. |
You have a good point there... The only reason I stopped gaming on the PC was because my rig got outdated and I didn't feel like upgrading. I've always swore I would never own a Laptop, but when my tower died, I said damn I'm buying a laptop that I can use in my living room for half the price of a gaming rig. And Wi-fi has made desktops obsolete for nearly everything but gaming.
