So I'm thinking about buying a DS and need someone to reccomend me some good RPG's

Now, this will depend on if you are including remakes or originals. And then are you including strategy type RPGs?

As far as originals..
The World Ends With You
Pokémon
Then I would say Etrian Odyssey 2. If you can handle the hardcoreness.

You also have a large amount of remakes on tactical RPGs and dungeon crawler type games on whatever.

Hmm. Top 3 DS RPG's..

1.) The World Ends With You
2.) Final Fantasy IV or Chrono Trigger
3.) Mario and Luigi: Partners in time.

Just my personal picks. Don't forget all of the great GBA RPG's if you haven't played those either.

Nope, don't mind strategy or remakes of older games. I was barely a gamer last gen so =P

Hmm, more of a strategy game, but Advance Wars: Dual Strike is lots of fun.

Also, right now I'm playing Golden Sun (and the sequel) from the GBA. Considered one of the best RPGs from what I hear on this website. I've had lots of fun with them.

Other than that

Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon - SRPG, and probably one of the tougher ones you'll find. Also one of the best strategy series out there

Chrono Trigger - Great RPG game. I'm sure the remake is at least as good as the original
