lol I still havent beaten this game from all thoes years back. the story was not what i was expecting after playing Disgaea 1. I was expecting comedy and got ... Well i cant even remember what the damn story was about. All i remember was beeing on an island with a house and all your chars you created were just hanging around. pretty good gameplay i remember. But with any RPG I need a good story to push me the finishing the game.

I´m gonna buy this one too, I liked a lot the PS2 version, and the extras included are a good reason to buy, especially because i don´t have anymore the PS2 version.

Yea Disgaea was much more interesting than PB but that's not saying much - Disgaea had that nastry rag from hell Flone, that I just couldn't stand, her voice shreeking "love" in my head it echoes woe! woe is me.

It was a girl who's parents died and how she was shunned since she can talk to spirits.

While she helped people selflessly and in doing so finally won some hard fought friendships.

It's not a bad story... just a... more serious type story... yet also suitable for children.

Which is like the exact opposite of Disgaea.

Still.  It's gameplay was great... way more moves then Disgaea, i think about as many classes though less derivitives.

Glad it's coming over. I'm kinda surprised it's coming to NA so soon, but I guess most of the localization was already done for the PS2 original.

I'll have to ration my Fire Emblem until this comes out.

Nonsense. Just buy one of the several promising Wii/DS games coming out between now and June, and you'll be golden. I have a few suggestions, if you're interested...

I'm pretty sure that's what Ringo meant when hementioned Fire Emblem anyway.

As for me... i've always got a SRPG in my gaming rotation... so if you think stuff even losely counts as SRPGs.  i'm willing to listen.

I love SRPG's so im happy this is getting a Wii release.
