 Well, to do that fair, you'd have to do units after Sony arrived.

 

That would be units sold in the time from 1995-present.

That excludes ~ 145M, which puts it at

 

~ 350M

vs

~ 300M

 

After Sony entered.

Well Sony's victories are undeniable, but this makes Nintendo shine even more, as it managed to remain first overall even during Sony domination.

Well, if you have 25 minutes to run a trip, and I had 13 minutes, would you say you did very well managing to stay ahead of me the whole time?

 

Another thing, is that this is adding in handhelds. It makes Sony's domination in the Ps2 gen far smaller than you would think.

 

Ps2 2000-2006: 94.5M

GBA + GC 2000-2006: 92.1M

How come you didn't count the virtual boy on the graph?

anyways thats cool! 8 consoles for 500 million shipments!

 What graph? None of my graphs have a list of the systems. And I hope you're not talking to the OP, as he didn't make the graphs.

 

You may be referring to my list... 770K is simply not signifficant, so I didn't include it (forgot).
