When someone logs into Xbox Live and you think you scored an achievement for one brief second instead only to realize a friend logged on?

Seriously, can't Microsoft change the sound effect to 2 different things?

I was playing Guitar Hero and as soon as I finished a song Strategy King logged in and I thought I had unlocked something..   But it happens all the time.  I just associate that sound with achievements.

Also, don't ya hate how the Guitar Hero World Tour guitar triggers star power at the slightest hint of movement?  I have to hold the guitar completely horizontal and not move a twitch just to keep it from triggering.  By the way completely horizontal is not the way a guitar should be held...

Yes, I really hate it. Happens to me almost every day. I think I got some fresh baked gamerscores, but it's just some dude logging on.

Dontcha hate when you're hyped to play your console and your controller's batteries are dead (PS3 included)?

Hahaha, my battery is from an original launch controller.  It just drains completely when you cut it on. And yes, I hate that.

i just use actual batteries they work better
