I've been trying to build a collection of world music and various styles, and I'm wanting to get some good Japanese and Chinese music. At the moment I really want something I can chill to. You know have my morning coffee or tea and read a bit before the day starts. Preferably something I can buy on Itunes because I demand immediate gratification.

I tried to just browse Itunes and find something that I like, but it's "world music" section doesn't really divide it into any kind of regions that I can tell...except latino and "new age". Even if you just know some key word or group that can get me started browsing similar music that would be helpful.
