After submitting a modified version, Manhunt 2 now has a Halloween release date and an M rating for the PS2, PSP, and Wii.

Wow. I didn't expect it to happen that quick. Marketing strategy? Maybe. Buzz title certainly. Good game? Worth the press? Wait and see.

Nice date. What's really sad is that the new Halloween remake doesn't even have a Halloween release.

To cash in my CC rewards points for $300 in Circuit City gift cards to purchase a 360 or not: That is the question.

I was about to post this. Good thing it got bumped up.

Think maybe they got the AO rating first on purpose? So when it comes out people wonder "What makes this game so bad?" And pick it up.

I wonder what they had to due to get that...

I am really shocked how fast they were able to get the rating changed.

Wow, one more title this year.

The last 4 months of 2007 will be crazy...

Well it's especially good for Take Two, combined with Bioshock's buzz (and how they quickly upped the maximum uses of the PC version).

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Great news!

Wonder if the Wii version still comes across as "simulated murder"... :)
