Forums - Nintendo - How many copies of Madworld have to sell to get a sequel?

400-450K?

NMH heroes got a sequel and it sold 400K

If the sales of No More Heroes have earned it a sequel, I'm sure MadWorld will get one also.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.

I cannot imagine it not getting a sequel. I'd think Madworld 2 or something similar (maybe even by a different developer) will come out sooner or later this generation (even if it is on a HD system).

Probably 1/2 million we'll see a sequel. If it was on PS3 or 360 we'd likely need more like 3/4 million to 1 million.

im guessing 600K for a sequel

Right. The answer to everything

If profit = great enough to fund a sequel.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

Usually I think it's 500,000

depending on the nature of certain things and other variables that tends to fluctuate.

For this title Iwouldn't be suprised if its closer to 750,000 - 800,000

0k.

They practically confirmed a sequel already, and I'm sure it'll happen. So, maybe more appropriately, as many copies as it sells. Because it'll happen anyway.

1 copy and they will already have the sequel ready
