So I want to buy a new 360 controller. Are their any controllers with an actual good d-pad that any of you guys would recommend ? This current controller d-pad just ain't gonna cut it. It's annoying as f*** to say the least.

Check out the Madcatz ones, they have a different D-pad design.

Otherwise theres a mod you can do to the controller somewhere OR I think theres a ltd edition which has been pre-fixed as well.

are the madcatz controllers the only ones with a different d pad design? also how reliable is the mad catz controller? i ask because i haven't had good experiences with madcatz controllers in the past

in my experience very unreliable they feel really cheap and there was alway something wrong with my PS mine was a ps3 control but im sure the 360 controls are just as bad

the red controller has a upgraded d pad.its microsoft controller it is just a red controller

 I found them pretty good recently, and they have improved their quality considerably in recent years and it would be entirely unfair to make a blanket statement that they are 'unreliable'

im just saying that i found them unreliable a bottom alway got stuck it wouldn't connect to my ps3 the analog sticks are crap... maybe there are better madcatz controls out there im just talking about the 2 i had

get a modded controller. They're awesome.
