I played both (not for too long) and I'm going to say Vesperia because I didn't really like VC's gameplay. VC had a gorgeous art style though.

I haven't actually played VC but Vesperia is the best RPG so far this generation for me, so VC has a lot to live up to when I get to it. The reviews I've read make it sound like I'd enjoy it.

I never played VC but would love too. Vesperia is awesome and if VC's fun factor is even close to it or better then everyone is a winner that has played it!

Vesperia is hands down better. It's out of Valkyria's league.

ES is crap. VC is a good game.

you should probably have touched both before you make such a definitive statement about quality, but what am I saying.  That would go against everything I've ever seen from you and make you a worthwhile poster whose opinion is worth listening to.
