which is better?

i haven't played vesperia, but i'll take a stab and say they aren't really that similar so shouldn't be compared in the first place.

valkyria chronicles, though, is a brilliant game.

Wrong section, Valkyria purely because I didn't play Vesperia but LOVED VC.

I'm assuming this is Tales of Vesperia vs. Valkyria Chronicles.

Honestly, they are different types of games. It would be like comparing MGS4 (stealth) and Halo 3 (FPS). Vesperia is an Action RPG, while Valkyria is a Strategy RPG.

Having not played Vesperia it isn't fair for me to judge, but even if I had, I would probably say Valkyria Chronicles, just because I prefer the genre more.

i did dis because their are alot of people who feel dat vesperia iz the best jrpg dis gen and their iz alot of people who feel valkyria is the best so i just wanted 2 know where dis stands u feel me?

From the way you spit verses (read: talk) and "iz so illin" (are so "hip") I think a good place to start with my response would be "Pull up your pants, ya hooligan!". lol.

Jokes aside, I have yet to experience either but look forward to fully playing through both. In my view I feel like I'll enjoy Tales of Vesperia more but Valkyria Chronicles seems to have swept many people out of nowhere. In addition, this is in the wrong section...

Ironically, my post adds about as much to this discussion as this thread will to VGChartz - zilch.
