@ toastboy: basically everything he would want on a 360, he can get for PC. So an xbox would mean he'd buy a console for two or three games (some of which may eventually make their way to the pc anyway).

If he bought a wii, he would get an entire new array of games that he wouldn't be able to access otherwise.

@ ssj: sorry, can't help you there. I bought one, only played zelda and smg on it and then sold it, due to lack of interesting games (for me).

why would he get a 360 when he has a high end PC?

cause you pay your taxes thoughout the whole year. If you pay to much, then you get a refund. Also, every once in a while, the government decides to temporarily lower the tax rate, which means even if you payed the perfect amount the previous year, you'll get whatever they decided to give back to you.

If not, then buy a Wii anyways and ship WiiSports to my place. I lost mine when it was inside my Wii and shipped to Nintendo for repairs.

He has a PC he games on. Most of the shooters and racers are on the PC as well. He also has a PS3, so other than JRPGs at the moment there is really zero need for him to get a 360.

many PC gamers don't see a point in getting a 360 because the main genere on 360 (FPS) is better on the PC, halo series and gears2 bring nothing to PC gamers, and pretty much all the western rpgs are on PC, he also has a PS3 so, 360 would be pointless. There are not a lot of JP games on the 360 tbh when you look at the list.

If you had a Wii before you should know if you want one again, not us.

My girlfriend has a rich Grandmother that gets them done for us and we usually make bank on each year because of it. My girlfriend goes to school and works, so she is most likely going to get more than I am.
