Because the Gamecube isn' the 360? RE2 hasn't been remade, AFAIK, so it deserves a nice HD remake. Use the RE5 engine, and slap on Raccoon city = awesome.

Good idea! Lets use an engine from a game that doesn't even control the same as RE2. 8D

I'd say remake it the same way RE1 was remade for GCN.

Same game with better graphics and more content. I'd buy it day 1.

I am starting to get tried of all these damn remakes. Why can't Capcom just make a original game for the Wii. Yes we have Monster Hunter 3, but that alone is not enough. It seems that they are doing these remakes because it is cheap and that the money made off of these games are going into making 360/ps3 games. Untill they make more than one compelling game for the Wii, I am standing by my remarks.
