Literally this means: DQ9(FY2010) -> FFXIII (FY2011) -> DQ10 (FY2012) - those are japanese releases.

Japan gets DQ9 this summer, we get this next year, in 2010.
Japanese release of FFXIII will be delayed until well into 2010, we'll get this at Xmas 2010.
2011 will be the year of DQ10 in Japan, we'll get this in 2012.

So what SE has been doing after FFXII got released in Q1\2006? Three years without main FF\DQ releases. Understandable as long as this's PS3 project, but three years on DS game?

Hopefully it won't push FF XIII back too far. I realize they take their time but it's starting to get a bit ridiculous.

So Square decides to screw us over again....or screw themselves I hope they're smart enough to release a game on the PS3 and make some Moola baby!

Haha, it's Square Enix president Wada saying that the postponent of DQIX release might influence their FFXIII plans. He still hopes for a 2009 release, but says DQIX delay will influence FFXIII plans.

Forget about FFXIII in 2009.

 

 

In Japan.. Forget about a FFXIII release in Japan for 09.  Maybe the localization for NA and EU will be 2011.. who knows..

He's talking about the next finacial year, which ends March 31, 2010. Like I said earlier in this article, there will NOT be a mainline DQ and FF game in the same financial year.

 

So, April 2010 for FFXIII at the earliest...
