Forums - Nintendo - Fitness Expert Launches Lawsuit against Nintendo

I find it funny that whenever someone attacks (I mean mainstream media and legal matters) any videogame company in the industry, that they are immediately shot down as being "stupid" and "pointless"

But this person is not mainstream - he is far from it. He is the self-proclaimed fitness trainer to the stars. His "national radio show" is on one station -- when it starts next month. He talks about injuries in the US, then quotes a doctor in the UK. It all seems like a PR stunt more than anything else.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

Anyone dumb enough to think you can lose weight playing the Wii deserves to be fat.

- Feedback through charts on weight fluctuations.

- Sound advice from the game on eating and sleeping habits.

- Increased muscle strength and flexibility resulting in higher metabolism.

- Calorie burning through aerobic exercises.

Clearly, a very stupid notion that you can lose weight on the Wii (Fit). Did you even use the Wii Fit for a reasonable amount of time or just going with the game reviews?
