So the reason we are not getting FF Till 2010 is because of the strong yen which is due to the economic downturn elsewhere which was caused by the West greedy ways? So, it really is our fault, not SE :/

The release in Japan doesn't make a difference to the money they get.

The release overseas at the time of a strong Yen would lose them money compared to releasing normally (or even better, a weak Yen)

So they can release it in Japan when they want.

Well in th past FF games have always been months late to the West despite not being in a recession then. Were you expecting a WW release for this for some reason?

this game shoud do well in 2010 in the west. hopefully the yen problem will have sorted by then, or we might have to wait a lil longer probs holiday 2010. the thought of that, uh shudders

I think you PS3 owners would be glad of a little secrecy from now on... I mean it has been a very long time since the first screens/videos of GT5/FFXIII/KZ2/GoW3 were releasing, and 3 of those games are unlikely to reach here this year.
