It's more expensive than the regular edition of MGS4, but the Special Edition of MGS4 was 9,800 yen!

OT: SO4 is expensive, but it's usually pretty easy to find games for 10% off or sometimes a bit more. For example, SO4 on Amazon JP is 20% off, so the game costs 7,182 yen from there. Still a bit expensive, but at least it's not full price.

 Yeah high prices always indicates low demand. Low demand indicates high prices. We all know that. That is why the PS3 is expensive. Or the Wii-prices at ebay some time ago. High prices, because nobody wants to have a wii.
