If you're saying kz2 will be the best looking fps on the ps3, just as gears2 is the best looking fps on the 360, then I agree.

If you're saying it will sell as much, then I'm not sure. The 360 has a very large base of hardcore fps players, so only time will tell if a similar proportion of gamers on the ps3 will go for kz2.

If KZ2 has the sales impact (it already apparently has the cult following...) it very well could be the Playstation 3's Gears.

i agree to a certian extent, gears 1's graphics defined what the "nextgen" hardware can do, though K2's graphical improvemnts is not that enmormous, it is still at least 10% than any other game.

what are you talking about? I've played the hell out of K2 and yes it will be graphics king on consoles but no its not that "enormous" at all. Its animations and lighting and particle effects are extrordinary but at the end of the day Gears 2 has better textures. K2 is better looking for sure but its not this god of graphics people keep making it out to be.

I guess by GOW your referring to Gears of War, not God of War which was the original GOW.

Now that thats out of the way I guess your right. I'd probably say its PS3's Halo though because they are both FPS. Obviously KZ2 won't sell 10 million like Halo 3, but it should do well considering its smaller userbase.

I forgot to mention how they both have decent stories. If you pay attention you can really get into the Killzone story. The Helghast are humans but the environment of the planet they're on changed them. "It weakened them at first, but has now made them stronger" to quote Visari.
