this message appear everywhere in the game and dont let me open any door or talk to anyone
is this a bug in the game ? anyone have the same problem ?
If it's showing up anywhere besides the pier in Westcliff then it must be a bug. Unfortunately I have no idea what to do about it, sorry man.

your in the middle of a quest you have to leave for the Spire. Go to the ship at the pier and leave all your stuff with hammer and it will trigger a cut scene. Its not a glitch just your in the middle of a main story quest.

maybe true but why the message still appear even when i choosed another quest ?
