You should have a look at those, comes to 1350 pounds with 6gb ram. You can select different stuff  but thats a good start.

Almost $1700, Hmm. Can this run Crysis and the games like it at full settings? Including this awesome texture mod I have heard about?

EDIT just notcied, there wasnt a graphics card there was there? What would you recomend for that?

Check the last link, though if you want the absolute best performance I would suggest the GTX 285 as the card to get, though its 50% more expensive than the 1gb Saphire HD 4870 (Has enough ram for texture mods etc). Its good enough to run Crysis on high at your monitors resolution with some AA.

Now you,ve got options here. You can move backwards from the absolute top of the range and shed several hundred pounds in cost, I just figured that the Core I7 is a great base for any future upgrades you might do as the motherboard is forward compatible with future Intel chips since you wanted top of the range. Bah! BRB I will finish this later.

Hmm, What if i wanted to go with a monitor that is like x1600?(I think i saw some video cards that put out that high, i could be wrong)

You would also need to remain with the Core I7 processor because multiple GPU cards like the 4870X2 or the GTX 295 put more pressure on the CPU.

So it will cost you another $120 pounds but it will net you better than 50% more performance at that resolution which will make the game playable. But unfortunately none of the cards really thrive at that resolution with that particular game.

The higher the resolution you're shooting for the more it will cost you in terms of overall system costs, however things like graphics cards can be easily updated whilst CPUs and motherboards are much more intensive. One option you have is to stick with the 4870 for now and update to the latest hardware later in the year when you can buy the 30" monitor and GPU to match for a lot cheaper.

Hmm, Yeah. What kind of FPS would i see with the top card(was it 2 cause of x2?) on what my monitor has now? An extra 200 dollars wont mean much. 2500 to me is about as high as i'll go. So from the build you showed me before. I would still have 800 dollars left if I think the cost is worth what i get in return. Do you think they are?

Hmm, if you want to stay at 1920/1080 resolution your absolutely best bet would be this card here:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-085-BG&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1341

Its the absolute fastest single GPU card on the planet. It doesn't suffer from so the pitfalls of going multi-gpu.

http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk50/shaffaaf27/Aspecs/Capture-4.png

Thats a pretty good base for a build. Just change the video card to the one I suggested above and have a little hunt for the best looking case you can find, because if you're building a beast you may as well enjoy how it looks also. (Its a bit better than the one I showed you and its easier to follow)

You need an operating system, so remember to add that. (Don't trust hacked versions)

Also you could add a Blu Ray drive if you wanted.

I think thats a pretty good start.

The highlighted card is the one I suggested to you and this is the resolution you requested, read the full review here:
