Forums - Nintendo - Call Of Duty Wii get another adjustment bump. Now up to 870K

If they release the next one on DS but not Wii, I will cry. I'm hoping they give PSP another shot.

Were posters actually calling it a flop? Even at 650k I would have considered it a success.

it was called a huge bomb by everyone in the first week, it opened with 45k i think

Ahh. So it didn't exactly follow a conventional sales patern.

That doesn't really make those incorrect posters 'haters' though, does it?

A lot of Wii games don't follow a conventional pattern, but quite few people haven't clued into this yet.

You really can't call a Wii game a flop after just one week, and you probably shouldn't after just one month, either.

I wouldn't say the sales are too exciting and are following at unconventional pattern. You would think with the larger userbase that the Wii version would be closer to the 360 (or even the PS3) version.

I was wondering when you were gonna show up Outlaw, I suppose it gets kinda damp and chilly under that bridge eh? . For the Wii as an FPS these are great sales, if you played CoD3 Wii you would understand.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.

Why? It's a gimped port. The people buying this are desperate for a decent Wii FPS, and they're taking what they can get. Slightly different story on the HD consoles where there are more FPS's than you can shake a stick at.
