I might get flamed for saying this but I think ToV looks better than this visually.

I agree, but then, I always think cel-shaded games look better.

Same. Technically though, SO4 beats just about every JRPG we've seen, with the exception of FFXIII of course.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Anyone else glad that they didn't forget about the battle trophies? I was afraid they wouldn't be back this time around.

yes i saw this on ign the game looks utterly amazing.

i think this game has better graphics than Tales of Vesperia (much better)

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Looks great, can't wait, yadda yadda.

Looks fantastic - if I get a 360, this will be a certain purchase.

Nocturnal is helping companies get cheaper game ratings in Australia:

It's the game I'm most looking forward to this month. Review Scores will probably be around 80, which will be ok for a jRPG. ToV is 81 metactritic, which by jRPG fans is considered to be an ultimate master-piece. The Halo/Gears/GTA-loving reviewers in the West aren't the most credible for judging jRPGs.

I'm happy to see Japanese developers liking more color in their games.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

looks great, i think this game looks just as good as ff13.

We'll be able to compare both games in a year or so when FF13 releases.
