Forums - Sony - just played Indigo Prophecy for the 1st and now I can't wiat for Heavy Rain

I just played Fahrenheit myself for the first time a couple days ago, and I played with a friend at my side, who had played a bit of it himself, and he was surprised just how differently the game can develop. And right now, I feel very excited to play Heavy Rain, just thinking of the system used in Fahrenheit, but in a more perfected way is making my head burst with excitement!

In HEAVY RAIN, however, when a supposed cutscene starts, you can break out of it, interact with it, move around it, you name it. The developer is bent on pushing this game as: a game that is FULLY determined by YOUR decisions, not just pre-determined scripts :)

To me it spells E-X-C-I-T-E-M-E-N-T :D

 

Keep in mind that David Cage's boasts are akin to Peter Molyneaux's boasts.

Indigo Prophecy / Farhenheit has much more in its gameplay than QTE. And even the QTE are really fun, it's a bit like playing guitar hero to me.

Heavy rain will bring us a cinematic experience. I personally like games that describe a new world, with interesting characters or universe. The gameplay in HR will tell the story, and that's what will be amazing.
