I'll add a No. i think the wii will edge into the 9th digit, but it won't push much farther.

Aye, I just think competition is a lot more intense this generation and the third party support will never reach PS2 levels. So it'll be Nintendo's best effort yet, but I don't think it wil beat ps2.

The Max. Lifetime for the Wii has to be 5-6 years. Its doubtful nintendo can stretch it any longer. If Nintendo ramp up production 75-80 million seems possible.

My prediction for this generation is around 175 million consoles sold for the Wii. I also think all systems will last 8 to 9 years this generation. With the next generation coming out in the 8th year.
