i'm thinking of buying a fragfx...is it really worth it to buy fragfx?

i'm a pc gamer at heart...i still play cs 1.6, cs:s, cod4 on my pc, etc...you get the idea...and i've always used gaming mice...logitech mx300, mx310, mx500, mx510, mx518...now i'm using the G5...well for those of you who play FPS on pc...well i play alot of RTS as well..but yeah...you will probably understand my need for a good mice...is fragfx as good or near the performance of any of those mice i listed?...

i bought cod:waw for my ps3...and i see people owning me so bad...i swear they had the fragfx...it's like everyone had it or sumthing..they turn around so quickly and aim so perfectly...or am i imaging things that so many people own fragfx....

i heard some people say it's cheaply made, it sucks, etc...but they all seem like hater comments...if u had a defect...was it easy to get it replaced thru warranty?...but i hear version 2 is coming out sometime in march..you think it'll be worth it to wait for version 2?

oh and one more....people who have had both the wired and wireless...is there any difference...like with some mice on pcs...very few though...at least for gaming...there's a bit of lag when u move the mouse....is there such differences between the 2 models?

Well I've never used it personally but my cousin got it and he told me the design was great and well thought out but apparently it's very unresponsive.

Apparently you have to press down on the buttons pretty hard for them to respond and also the analog stick works horribly.I don't know if he just got a dud but he doesn't even use it since it works so bad.

I don't know what they are changing with the second model but you might want to get informed to see if it's supposed to fix problems the original had.

You can already buy version 2....

wat??...version 2 is out already??...lies...even splitfish themselves aren't selling it...only preorders right now...but yeah...if it's really selling right now...i'd love to know...where do i get my hands on version 2?

If you're used to gaming with a mouse on the PC, you probably won't be satisfied with it at all, as I was. I'd say even that in some ways it was less sensitive/accurate than the sixaxis.

Hmmm many online shops I visited seem to have them already....... (But I only found the item in German online shops)

If you can't find it anywhere, I suggest you not to buy version 1 instead. It's seems they made huge improvements with the new version.

Great Idea but horrible execution. I found that it became worse than the controller when I used it for R1 and the darkness. The fragFX pretty much just maps both the analog sticks to the movement of the mouse, sometimes it ends up being uneven and inaccurate.

I have v1 and I really like it. Ofcourse you can't expect it to work as well as a real mouse, because it's just "emulating" it and it's vital to configure it correctly (highest aim sensivity in the game and 2-4 sensivity on the controller itself).

People that are good with the pad often say they don't get better or rather worse by using the fragfx, so I only recommend it to people like me, who hate the pad FPS/TPS controls and can't adept to it at all.

The V1 had some really cheaply made buttons with strange press points, so if you really need it you should wait for V2.
