Remember when Akinori Nishiyama indulged Kotaku with the possibly of another 2D sonic game? Well, Tetsu Katano (director of Sonic and the Black Knight) now talks to Eurogamer about it being under discussion.


	Eurogamer: Any chance of another pure 2D sonic experience being made? Tetsu: Obviously we do like to target the core users of Sonic games, but it's still under discussion so I can't say a lot about it.

So there you have it. We might see another classic 2D Sonic if the discussion goes right.
