Yes Konnichiwa, I think that would be fair. If Halo 3 looks worse than other 360 games then it should be scored thus. If Metroid Prime 3 looks better than other Wii games it should be scored thus. It's as simple as that.

And if Halo 3 would look better than GEOW? In fact I don't campare about visuals but for me it sounds reasonable that they gave better points for games with a better visual :s.

If Halo 3 turns out to be the best looking 360 game to date, then it's score should reflect that, just as Metroid Prime 3's score should reflect how impressive it is compared to other Wii games to date.

The only time I remember PS2-Xbox-GC games being compared was when they were multi-platform. They would usually say the sound/framerate on the PS2 was off compared to the Xbox-GC version.
People, if your post is screwing up the code, hit the edit button and remove the first set of html elements that close the table. I let stof know exactly what is happening but it'd be helpful if users could do it to.
This is the 2nd thread killed by this and I think it's because people are quoting posts with several quotes already and not removing all the code they need to.
And naz basically said what I would have about the Halo 3 score compared to GeOW.
I didn't buy my Wii for HD graphics so why would I care the graphics aren't as good as Heavenly Sword? I would hope I wasn't delusional enough to think that was going to happen.
To cash in my CC rewards points for $300 in Circuit City gift cards to purchase a 360 or not: That is the question.

Let me try to explain it one more time. EA makes FIFA 09 for the WII and it is the best visual game on the WII and it gets 9.8 an the X360 version who looks better than the Wii version gets 8.8 for the visuals. Really sorry but I don't have the feeling that it is fair.

Graphical comparisons can, will and should be made - just not in reviews.
The point of a review is to tell the owner of the console the game is being reviewed on how it compares to other games on that console. Thus saying in every Wii review 'Graphics - 2.0,Graphics suck compared to Bioshock' will do nothing other than piss all the Wii owners who are reading the review off.
The only exception for this may be with cross platform games.
