PSP Phat has a horrible d-pad. As far as I know, all of the apps that work on the Phat also work on the Slim. The d-pad on the Phat made me not even care so much about the emulation possible on the PSP. Once the Slim came out, with a much improved D-pad, still not Saturn Godly good d-pad, but actually functional, I loved the PSP. They also added a TV out and better LCD screen. For your info, I have 2 PSP Phats, both with 1.5, and a Slim. Going to buy another PSP-2000 for backup. @OP: No, if you bought it from Best Buy, return it. If not, sell it and look for a PSP-2000 |
LOL...bro, i also own the 1000 and the 2000......the 2000 "cannot" run all applications
1000 owns 2000 when coming to homebrew......i have no problem with the dpad....i play the 1000 alone.....the 2000 is a bit easy to slip out of your hand and the 1000 is stronger than it btw

Just for things that use infared. Everything else is basicallt the same except the psp-2000 has more memory so it can run emulators better.
N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!

no u dont understand......most emulators run on 1.50 kernel....2000 doesnt support firmware 1.50.....
you can run firmware 1.50 on the 2000 (using timemachine) but it will need to run from the memory stick (not flash0,flash1,and flash2)

To be honest , the J man bought the psp already hacked so he didnt know you needed another procedure to run 1.50 kernal because he could already do that.
