oops, i only use my pc for browsing the net, no offence intended pc fans, my mistake................

Wii/pc

Well that will make for some interesting sales comparisons to see who bet on the right console

@Puffy: I'd say that EA fails with the name. EA Sports Tennis would propably sell more copies than Grand Slam Tennis and as a bonus it would promote the EA Sports name.

@bdbdbd: Well it all depends on the marketing I think but after hearing EA Johnny talk about how they would be releasing their Wii games as a range from now on MySims range etc, I honestly thought they'd take that idea and have a EA Sports Series much like the Wii series..

So yes I agree with you but again it depends on the marketing of the title and perhaps Grand Slam Tennis suits the gameplay more or explains what the game is about better?

@Puffy: Actually EA is now using the same strategy it's uses with its other sports franchises. With "Grand Slam" EA is aiming tennis fans, which of course is a safe way to get certain amount of sales, but propably not going to sell much beyond the audience. When "EA Sports Tennis" would sound like something that's been "designed the user in mind". Although, if the game doesn't deliver with its gameplay "Grand Slam" is much better option.
