Demon's Souls hit Japan today, and there is somebody streaming live footage of them playing the game.  Im not sure if it's the same person that did White Knight Chronicles, but it's nice of them to do it.

That stream doesn't seem to work all the time, so you can also watch videos of of somebody playing with a thief character here:

It seems they've fixed the clipping issues from TGS, and it's kind've cool watching the character roll through barrels and such and seeing them break.

Impressions are also rather positive in the Official Demon's Souls thread on neogaf.

I'm becoming more interested in this game than White Knight.

yeah, the game seems to have improved a lot. I'm picking this up along with WKC

Nice videos - double value: game footage itself and her reactions to things happening on-screen. By the way, is all Japanese TV so cramped? Also, one of the bosses killed the character in two hits - ouch.

Can't wait for western reviews.

Some of the streams are down (guess the guy does something else besides playing the game lol).

Also noticed several of the videos on the page linked by the OP have been taken down.

Looks better then I thought it would be but I can't help but be skeptical about the title.

I am not excited for it. But it definitely looks better than White Knight. At least it kind of has interactive surroundings and the battles dont look as boring.
