i cant play a RE game anymore with normal controls after playing RE wii, so thats why i think its kinda slow and dated :s

Now i'm no RE veteran but i don't believe chris has ever been in a RE game. BTW, RE4 poops over most games this gen in quality and fun.

The inability to walk backwards while shooting those in front of you is something that was odd for me while I played RE4.

RE5's demo doesn't show it to be any better than RE4 except that it's prettier.

I was playing this demo while I was hoping for the KZ2 demo to come up, but in the meantime...

The graphics are nice. The first demo part is ridiculously short and is just plain stupid imho. I didn't even have to fire (especially since I couldn 't memorize the controls after seeing them for two seconds >_>) since my partner downed everyone. I just kept giving her ammo (since I couldn't figure out how to reload just yet :p).

The second part was nice, although the chainsaw dude was annoying, since I couldn't move and shoot. And backpedalling was also impossible, since he was faster than I was.

I haven't played a RE since the second iteration, but judging from the demo, I won't be anytime soon either

I just want to be able to aim while walking, I hate entering a house or an alley and not being able to aim while walking because an enemy could come out of nowhere and attack me and I won't be prepared to fill him/her with lead as fast as I would like. I just want to walk while aiming like cops do!

Chris appeared as a playable character in RE1/REmake and RE: Code Veronica, he has as much experience killing zombies as Claire, Jill or Leon who are the other important playable characters in the series (I don't consider Rebecca very important since she hasn't appeared again lately)
