Also, today marks the three year anniversary of the last time I truly felt alive. I've been kinda on auto-pilot ever since.

I'm feeling really low right now. I know this feeling very well. My girlfriend and child went on their annual family reunion trip and won't be back until Wednesday. This is my second day being home alone and I'm already starting to get the urge. First, I start feeling really depressed. Then, I start looking for a random female to sleep with. I convince myself I'm in love and then I do something I regret. If I stay up too much longer, only bad things will happen. I'm going to bed. Things will be better in the morning.

Well then go to bed earlier. We don't want you doing anything stupid. (And no I'm not trying to be mean.) Just think, that could really (really!) tear your family apart if you try to find another woman.
