Someone double check me on this, but I can't understand how Metacritic converted the score of the last review they've listed for KillZone2. After looking at the scores and reviews for Killzone2 on their site, I was curious to see why the review by Total Video Games at the bottom was so much lower so I went and read the review in full. I thought the review seemed pretty reasonable and even their scores were in the ball park with other reviews I've read. My problem is how these scores when from this on the Total Video Games page:
They arrived at 8/10 which is the rounded average of the scores for the five categories. The actual unrounded value is 88.4. What I can't understand is why Metacritic used a score of 80 for the review instead of the 88.4 (or 88 even) for the score? Can someone explain to me how they think their value of 80 accurately reflects the score given in the review?? (Short of just being plain lazing and taking the 8/10 and scaling it to a 100 point scale.)

Edited: Can't get just the scores to include properly so added a link to the site instead.
