Ok well talking about first "full week" sales I'd say.. with a 10% margin for error
The Conduit - 240k - bold yes but it should be able to match Metroid Prime 3 sales with a larger marketing push and a larger install base.
MadWorld - 70k
Dead Rising - 36k
Deadly Creatures - 21k

You might take a moment to realize that the "Nintendo=Kiddie" phase has died.
If you need a point of reference, there have been several Wii M Rated games that have sold over a million copies in total.
The image of Nintendo being a children's console ended last generation, now people say "Wii = Casualzzz"
