have any of you seen the new dead rising wii ads, well it looks like they just used the 360 footage and added 3 seconds of wii footage at the end!

now we know this game will be crap! (well maybe )

That must be breaking a law of some sort , maybe the trade descriptions act. Not sure how the law is in america though.

edit :  Trade Descriptions Act 1968 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which prevents manufacturers, retailers or service industry providers from misleading consumers as to what they are spending their money on.

i cant give a link the ads change from time to time, but i went to gamespot and the ads were there

Now I really do hope someone starts a lawsuit against them, because they cant do that. If the game is crap, the game is crap. No need to lie to the consumers.

I'm sure this is somehow inaccurate, as that would fall under false advertising laws, at least in the US. Who knows, maybe they polished up the game to look like the XB360 game?
