Super Mario 64[N64] or the DS version [I love them both equally :D]. Followed by Twilight Princess.

Super Mario 64.

The DS version was not good - they took out that ice sculpture maze puzzle. And the floating platform star. And the controls were horrible touch screen or D-Pad.
