All systems fluctuate between over and under the numbers of various sources. Tracking is an imperfect science and not all that easy to do. I understand you want to improve the results, but you would get much further by being less combative. A constructive tone always get more attention than a whiny, complaining one. A good dose of patience and understanding helps as well.
