Forums - PC - DRM oh-KO Gears of War

I'd be pretty angry if this game hadn't got stale for me a long while ago.

Wow. I'm glad I bought it on the 360.

Seconded.

People are still playing this game????

Hmmm, yeah? Stupid question if you ask me.

Unless you're the type of person that sells their games after they're done with it...!

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

I'm glad I used a no-CD crack with it.

Crap, you mean I have a reason besides "shitty game" for me not being able to go back to it after the end of chapter 4? Fine by me!

You've gotta be kidding me! That's crazy!

How many people do you reckon have GeoW on the PC, anyway? I think it's amazing nobody discovered this "screwup" until now.

I was thinking about posting it the other day if that's what you ment.

Otherwise, nobody would have discovered it because it took until recently for it to rear it's head.

It is a bit naff, to be fair. I keep meaning to play it with a 360 controller, but there's too many better games keeping me occupied.

Oh, I meant how nobody discovered it much earlier.

I mean, theoretically, if someone had their clock a year ahead of time they should've seen this problem pop up last year, right? I have a hard time believing there's not even one person out there who has screwed with their computer clock.

um...... okay......

It's going to screw around with certain regular software anyway (ex- antivirus) so why do it unless you have a specific reason, which doesn't include seeing if one game that you own will happen to stop working?

People set their clock back to bypass some DRM, I never heard of people breaking DRM by setting it forward... So, there's no reason for any "idiot" to have their clock set 1 year ahead.
