I saw you mention that Halo Wars lacked depth , isn't that an incredibly bad thing for an RTS ?
I would really like to see a PC version of this game.

Not at all. Matter of fact, I prefer this over End War by a longshot. Why? I want a game I can play and not have to worry about moving this unit, commanding that unit to take care and the like. The AI is sketchy at times, but for the most part, they attack.
It works well in this instance.
UPDATE: There are multiplayer modes, but it's not available for the version of the demo I got. It WILL be in the version available Feb. 5th.
I did play 1 VS 1 today - it was pretty cool. You have way more oftens and can do matches of 4 VS 4, unless I misread it.
If the demo is a lot like the retail game, I will get this.

Don't mind the kid, he has a huge chip on his shoulder or something. Always trolls 360 threads.
Glad you enjoyed your playthrough for the demo, bra!//I look forward to playing it too! I can't wait//its certainly a must-own title for me. The name alone just has purchase written all over it. I never was into RTS before//but this game will give me a nice introduction to the genre.
@JaggedSac
It's easy to call some one a troll ... prooving it is a whole different situation.
I give credit where it's due and Ensemble is the greatest RTS developer ever , I play age of conquerors at least twice a week . I have no dought that Halo Wars would have been a good game had it been catered to a keyboard & mouse set up.
It's pretty clear that the game has to be simplified in order to suit the needs of the gamepad set up , this would be true of any console not just the 360 . I'm not trying to claim any sort of objectivity , I'm not going to play Halo Wars because I don't have a 360 but don't confuse criticism with trolling.
