Yeah. Consoles seem to bring more profits to devs/publishers than PC games do. Sure, the PC games are good, but at the end of the day, you can find a PC game a lot cheaper than a console game.

@ Seece - I've played End War and the Lord of the Rings one. End War is sweet - but complicated. You can do a lot more than Halo Wars, but End War is not the kind of game a casual gamer would enjoy. Halo War is a lot more easier to move guys and pick certain groups to go and do side jobs. Not with End War. You want to regroup the unit? Just select a group.

I don't really do RTS, but this one is making me rethink that.

Marines this, folks that.. but what about the controls? Is the game easy or hard to play n control?

Yeah, it's easier to control - however, you will need to remember to keep them all together. In the first two missions, I picked up quite a few Marines - and left a few behind because I forgot to regroup them. You just have to use the left bumper to get your vehicles and Marines back together. A few times, you'll have most of your forces on one task - but need to deploy a few to repell invaders. This took some getting used to. However, when you divert a couple units, it's golden.

The demo also has multiplayer, though I haven't used it yet. I'll play it tonight and get back to you.

Anyone else played the demo? The cutscenes are pretty cool too.

Great to hear, I am really looking forward to picking this title up.

My question is: How are the controls?, this is what keeps me wondering...

Good to hear people are liking the RTS (Even if it is for Halo reasons)...

My entire experience with strategy games can be summed up with in seven words: Final Fantasy Tactics, Advance Wars, and Disgea.

But if Skillz says Halo Wars is awesome, that's good enough for me. Can't wait to play the demo.
