Yes. It fails me on the first song for some reason.

Hmm, next thing I'd try is getting a double fever. Where you are able to use fever again while you are already in fever mode.

You have to chain the FEVER's together. In other words, you have to activate one FEVER then activate a SECOND FEVER before the FIRST runs out. On Ray of Illuminati (I think that's the song) it's a little hard to do. Just skip that mission until you get a bunch +Fever EQ.
