But Xen, Enix hasn't developed any of those titles, that's Tri-Ace. In fact, Enix has never developed a title

Someone has to direct, no? It's not tri-Ace all by themselves.

Namco Tales Studio

Formally Wolfteam. They were responsible for Tales of Phantasia, before they got sold off to Namco. Changed the companies name to Namco Tales Studio.

You mean publish. Directing would be a single man that worked for tri-Ace directing the title. All Enix did was shell out the budget and give them a date to hit. Enix deserves a lot of credit for having a good eye for talent, but they really should only get credit as a publisher. I think most people are giving credit to the people behind the games themselves.
