ya i also remember the time i wanted to play FF9 but i couldnt because disc 2 was missing god i hate multi discs 1 always goes missing or breaks

I dont mind multiple discs if it means the game is like 300hrs+. Otherwise I dont want to have to get up for it. With the advancement of videogame tech, game assets and data are taking up more and more space, yet are getting shorter and shorter.

I dream of a multi disc BD game(FFXIV maybe?)

It's not a problem on wi-fi, just on 3G. Eh, it's not so bad though. There are people that have animated gifs that are almost 1MB... They make me want to gnaw my arm off.

In all reality I hate discs no matter how many there are. If storage drives were bigger, and faster I would be completly happy with downloading every game,

Since this is not an option, I would have to say one disc. I hated having to switch discs in the old PS1 games, and was glad non of the titles I picked up in the PS2 days were multi disc. What I hate even more is wasted discs. I want a game that takes advantage of every last bit of the disc. This is one thing I can't stand about muliplatform titles. The same textures over, and over, and over again just so they can cram a game into a 6GB space. In this case I would rather devs just make games that took up 48GB of space on a Blu-ray disc, and then released the games on 7 or 8 discs on 360.

What alot of people here said. I don't think it's the biggest deal in the world, but I do prefer one disc games.

What REALLY grinded my gears however, was when town information was stored on a different disc, then when you were in the final chapter of the game, it just wouldn't let you go back to re-visit the towns, ala FFVIII and FFIX... I know it's really stupid, but I always like to go around and talk to people in the RPG's and stuff, see what they have to say about the end of the world and what not. I actually deducted points based off that alone from those two games :/ It's very important to me >
