The only thing Killzone really lacks now is a mascot for the game. Like when I think Gears or Halo, Masterchief and Marcus spring to mind. When I think Killzone, the Helghast more than anything else. This might change when I play the game though.

All I am saying is the game probally would've sold just as much with or without the immense advertising. Cause the people who ended up hating it (and I know it's a hell alot more people than my friends plus not to mention the hundreds of non-close gameing and non-gaming friends I have that feel the same way) would have bought=the # of people who bought it cause of advertisments. Also the only reason om on this site right now is cause I'm bored as hell and it is the first day in months I have free time from doing stuff outside to go my computer. So this is my last message probally for a few more months. So please lets not argue over who has the bigger dick/brain cause I'm pretty sure I have both. C ya latter VGchartz Members!!!

Everything depends on if the multiplayer is complelling enough to drag people away from CoD.
It could be the best selling game on the PS3, or it could sell as well as Resistance 2.
Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

Im predicting a solid 9 with a few minor gripes.

Hmm Eurogamer let's see 8 basic score +2 for FPS bias -1 for being on Sony PS3 - yeah 9 sounds quite probable :D

I'll never forget their MGS4 review. It ended with "We love you, Snake. Don't come back."

You should read the back story on killzone.com. The Helghast are the victims.
Thanks for the input, Jeff.
