where exactly are we, if we are playing beyond? because i thought we were supposed to be playing in sonys fantasy land. and then they wanted us to live in sonys fantasy land. so is playing beyond playing in the real world? or is it a whole new fantasy world altogether?

Because you can't pirate a console yet, thats my reason. Also, I do not have an x360 but posted anyway which proves the end of your thread title is useless.

For 2009 and 2010, I would have to say PS3 will be 3rd in terms of having well deveoped games. I anticipate 360 having better games, and already at this point Wii has better games scheduled for future release and I expect this trend to continue. PS3 should have better games than DS and PSP, but if I have PSP, DS, 360, and Wii, why would I bother with a PS3 as well, especially now the Blu Ray payer prices are falling?

There are nearly no games that interests me.

The best exclusive shooters are Resistance FoM and R2. Both are average and nothing compared to the awesome XBox360 Shooters exclusive shooters like Halo3, Gears of War, Gears of War2 or Left 4 Dead (YES, it is exclusive!).

The best exclusive RPGs are Valkyria Chronicles and maybe WKC. Again nothing compared to Fable II (my personal Game of the year 08), Mass Effect, Tales of Vesperia or Star Ocean. + Fallout3 DLC. (And I liked Infinite Undiscovery as well) With FF XIII being multiplat, the PS3 has just FFXIII Versus which might be a good exclusive RPG. But I am not sure if this one stays exclusive when Square Enix could sell like 5 million copies of FFXIII on the Xbox360.

Those are the two genres I am mostly intersted in.

And the PS3-controller sucks in my eyes. I actually sold my PS1, because I didn't like the controller and prefered the N64 controller. Well 10 years later, I still don't like it.

Plus my clan is playing on Xbox Live. I don't even have the time to finish the Xbox360 games. With Star Ocean, Halo Wars, Resident Evil 5 and Ninja Blade coming up in the next weeks, I will be busy. So I am buying a second Xbox360 (Arcade) for my bedroom. I have a 120GB HDD, which I will switch.

So there is one game I want to try and that is Uncharted. One game is not enough to sell a 400€ system to me.

And it has to be said: LBP is overrated.

With the exception of LA Noire and griefing in Home, the PS3 has nothing that interests me.

Currently only one exclusive that I consider a must have (KZ2, not even out yet), so therefore not worth the (imo) bloated price of entry. Platformers and Stealth games just aren't my deal, regardless of how great the PS3 entries in those categories may be.

As an RPG gamer (both Western and Japanese), the PS3 is B3YOND the worst choice. I can't justify shelling out that kind of scratch for 2-3 games over the system's lifetime of 'must haves' when I spent a fraction of that on my 360 for a library that dwarfs the PS3 for both East and Western RPGs.

Sorry. There's no comparison there for a RPG gamer to even want to bat an eyelash in the direction of the PS3. Every system (and I mean every system, even the PSP) has a better list of exclusive RPGs. And they're all cheaper, too. I could buy a Wii + DS (the next 2 best RPG systems) for under what a PS3 costs.

And that, my dear friend, is why I won't be playing B3HIND.

There isn't a damn PS3 fan on this forum that wants me to answer that question. Nope. Not one.

i had my 360 1st and then i went beyond.

its 100% clear the ps3 is far superior. at one time i didnt even touch my 360 for a very long time.

all of the titles that i want are coming on ps3, apart from alan wake on 360 theres nothing im planning on buying for it, the only ones i will buy are preowned games.
