I am not saying Re isn't a BIG franchise on one hell of a franchise.....just for me it ended with RE3.

It was lol, but it looked better on N64.

Ehm, it's not a Playstation franchise at all.

The only two exclusives in the main series are on Gamecube (among which the best horror game ever...) ...and the whole main franchise (until 5 is here) can be played on Gamecube.

But they're zombies 

I didn't argue,,I said I had a feeling(not informed obviously)since i played all RE on PS consoles.I didn't even bother to check as for some reason(again not accurate )i can play next RE game on PS console(again maybe because i didn't get to play any RE on my xbox)

@darthdevidem01: The parts I played didn't really scare you suddenly, it's more like a "oh shit" feeling, and it can get quite intense. Much more intense than Gears Of War if you want to compare with an actual shooter, it's a whole other level. Next to this Gears of War feels boring.

@SpartanFX: Probably an 8.5-9. The enemies are not brain dead, sometimes they're slow sometimes they're fast. I haven't managed to kill the damn "boss" yet.

Pros of the RE5 demo:

- Great atmosphere.
- The aiming works well.
- Great graphics, very stable framerate as far as I've seen, good animations, the weapons feel good.

Cons:

- Controls can get clunky sometimes (changing weapons in the middle of a fight is quite stressful). Having to press a button and a trigger to use the knife sucks.
- The gameplay is too hard for a first chapter (I don't think I'm the only one saying this). I like hard games so this is not all bad.
