I will reiterate for those who don't understand.
Insects are cold blooded, which means they derive their body heat from the environment. The temperature that day was FAR TOO COLD for them to survive!

Lol thats either a bug or a really simple animation. Whilst I have nothing against aliens existing in a near infinite universe I'm going to have to see people getting blown up by death rays ala mars attacks before I think first contact has conclusively happened.

no it really is a small thing flying by... it can be proven by the fact that when it flies by the Washington monument you can see it over the monument meaning its not some big thing flying through the sky in the background.
