Killzone 2 is scheduled to release in 1 month and 3 days. So roughly a month and yet they haven't advertised it at all on TV. That's some major slacking, Sony. This is supposed to be your "savior, pinnacle of PS3 power" game and yet you haven't advertised it yet? Microsoft did tons of ads on Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 starting months in advance. How many sales did these get? Well Halo 3 had the highest launch ever for an entertainment release for a while until GTAIV, and Gears of War 2 is on it's way to 5 million sold already.

Pick it up, Sony. I actually want to have a lot of people to play with online when this game launches!

I was wondering about this today i haven't seen a single commercial, today I went to the mall and stopped by Game Stop and i didnt see any advertisement there either

see its not ps3 fanboys that say ps3 needs a savior.

Nope.  Not at all.  That's the point I'm trying to make.... I can't get hyped without good advertising, and if someone like me who actually goes to forums and learns about the game isn't hyped as much as I should, why will the average Joe consumer be hyped?  The answer is they won't be hyped unless Sony picks it up.

Also, I believe the labeling of "savior" was first given by PS3 fanboys, hence why I "quote" it rather than just state it in a normal sentence.

I'm not the only one who is shocked and dissapointed with Sony advertising, so you can all calm down and join my cause rather than accept Sony's slacking attitude lately.

It is the Entertainment Unleashed ad most likely and I walk in the room in the last second when they show Resistance 2, and thought they were running Killzone.  I thought it might be Resistance 2.  Oh well.  If Sony decides to show Killzone 2 in an ad like that, in a montage, I am not sure how much it is going to get an early buzz.
